In Germany, police arrested three environmental activists at a private airport. They entered the hangar where Prime Minister Friedrich Merz's personal plane was parked and planned to paint it pink.

According to Bild, the incident occurred in the city of Arnsberg (North Rhine-Westphalia). Two women aged 23 and 28 as well as a 56-year-old man, both German citizens, were detained.
The publication writes that the police drew attention to the car near the airport. The driver said he was looking for the airport. The audit revealed his connections to left-wing radicals. After checking the area, two more accomplices were found in the hangar. Investigators believe the group jumped over the fence to break in.
The Resistance Collective was responsible for this action. Their representatives said they tried to disable Merz's private plane as part of the protest.
All detainees have been released. At the same time, the investigation of illegal intrusion and conspiracy to destroy property continues.
Previously, it was reported that in Germany, the percentage of people who are dissatisfied with the work of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has increased to 65%.
