Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said he agreed with his US counterpart Donald Trump on providing missiles for the Patriot air defense system. His words were quoted by Ukrinform agency.

Zelensky said he discussed the issue with Trump on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos. However, he did not specify the number of missiles.
“I spoke with (US) President Donald Trump and received – I won't say how many – PAC-3 missiles for the Patriot,” he said.
Before that, new Patriot systems arrived in Ukraine. Ukrainian Defense Minister Denis Shmygal clarified that the deliveries were made possible thanks to recent agreements with the German government.
