Gamer Counters are quite a valuable resource in Arc Raiders as they can be broken down into consumable components for crafting. The Geiger counter is an epic Exodus material that can only be found in Stella-Montis Laboratories. The best place to find them is the assembly workshops in the north of the map. Check every container there, especially the yellow and white nightstand, blue drawers, and server room.
