In Helldivers 2, players have long been able to take general control of the DCS, a space station that provides buffs and allows you to reclaim planets. In the context of a new update that adds planet automata to the game, portal PC Gamer speakhow you can vote for the station's location and the benefits it brings.
Although the game doesn't explain it, voting allows players to collectively choose where DKS – the Democratic Space Station – will go. To vote:
- Open your ship's galaxy map
- Press B on your keyboard
- Press E to go to the Location tab
In this menu you can vote for the next DKS movement point. But what's the problem? In fact, on the “Actions” tab, several buffs are available, which are also determined together by the players. To activate them, you must donate research samples or currency.
- “Good Orlov”. The enemy was regularly attacked by air strikes and enemy progress in defensive operations slowed.
- “Orbital Blockade”. Defense campaigns cannot be started on the selected planet. Players automatically receive the Hell Pod Space Optimization booster for all missions on the planet.
- “Heavy weapons”. 380 mm orbital bombardment is available for all planetary missions and the progress of liberation operations is accelerated
