The Reddit platform blocked one of the sections dedicated to the game Pragmata after publishing content that violated the service's rules. The subreddit in question was r/Pragmata_, which was removed on February 18 for violating Rule 4, which prohibits the distribution of obscene and offensive content involving minors. This was reported by Kotaku.

The Pragmata fan community on Reddit has previously split into three distinct sections: the main r/pragmata, the alternative r/pragmataSFW, which advertises itself as a space free of questionable content, and r/Pragmata_. The latter was created after the main subreddit's moderators began deleting sexually explicit posts and comments related to the android Diana, a character in a game featuring an underage girl.
Amid the controversy surrounding the content, one of the moderators of r/PragmataSFW with the nickname JoeZocktGames publicly announced his resignation. In a statement, he reported on “an influx of pedophile content” and noted that proposals to tighten censorship in the mainstream community have not been taken seriously. He also criticized the decision to invite users who posted obscene images in the “loli” style to join the group of moderators, and said that one of the posts containing an obscene image of Diana was deleted by Reddit authorities.
Perhaps, a wave of complaints and discussions around r/Pragmata_ led to the intervention of Reddit authorities and the subsequent blocking of the community. The platform's rules state that any sexually explicit or predatory content involving minors is prohibited.
Pragmata is scheduled to release on April 24, 2026 on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Windows and Xbox Series X/S.
