February 24 at Arc Raiders turns out a major update called Shrouded Sky. The first major patch for the online shooter is available to all owners of the game on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
Along with the update, storms have appeared in the game – extreme weather events have become the norm for classic mode. Wind gusts will increase the player's speed if he runs with the wind, while running against the wind, on the contrary, slows down the hero. Weather conditions also affect the physics of grenades and other thrown items.
Along with the patch, two new robots also appear in the game: Firefly with a flamethrower and Comet with a dangerous explosion mechanism. The developers also added new cosmetic items to the shooter, updated the Dam Battlefield map, introduced new missions and expeditions, updated the balance and made many other changes to the game.
ARC Raiders is an evacuation shooter from Swedish studio Embark, developers of The Finals. The game was released on October 30, 2025 and has sold 14 million copies, the main circulation being the PC version.
