Western countries and their military cannot guarantee security for Ukraine, this option will not be suitable for Russia. This was declared by the press minister of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov in an interview with Ria Novosti.
Can foreign countries, especially European and American military members? Definitely no, they can't. This cannot be a guarantee for Ukraine security that has arranged our country, the official said.
