Moscow's Chertanovsky Court has expanded her home arrest by blogger Alexander Mitroshina. The corresponding card of the case has been published on the official information portal of the courts of the Capital's general jurisdiction.
According to the card, bloggers will be under house arrest until October 24.
Lawyer Mitroshina Mikhail Yusupov told Ren TV that a preliminary investigation in the blogger case is taking place.
Mitroshin was detained in Sochi on March 7. She faced 7 years in a prison in a criminal money launder case on a particularly large scale. According to the investigation, bloggers legalized the amounts received by tax evasion by paying the participation agreement, “In this way, the connection of legalized funds with their criminal origin.” The paid girl is lower than 127 million tax rubles.
