This was declared by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a meeting of the Twenty Foreign Ministers (SMID).
“In turn, unilateral economic restrictions violating the World Organization's charter not only attacked the most vulnerable population segments, not protected, but also in general a serious threat to the global economy, including the fragmentation of the market and the supply chain violation,” he said.
The Russian Foreign Minister recalls that in December 2025, they marked the 65th anniversary of the United Nations's approval of the statement about the provision of independence to the colonial and ethnic countries.
