Nga Health Minister Mikhail Murashko issued a serious warning about the spread of obesity among the people.

Speaking at the federal education marathon, the head of the department said that by 2030, each planet's second adult may face this problem without changing public attitudes.
The Minister describes obesity as an epidemic of Muslims, emphasizing that this is not a matter of appearance, but a complete disease, which is extremely difficult to fix.
Murashko focuses on the direct connection of excess weight with at least twelve types of cancer. In addition, obesity accelerates the aging processes of the body and belongs to a group of serious diseases, including arterial hypertension, diabetes of the second type and Sarcopenia.
The head of the Ministry of Health recalls that the war against excess weight is an important factor to maintain health and life expectancy. According to him, it is necessary to form a responsible attitude towards nutrition and physical activity in society to prevent the implementation of a pessimistic forecast.
