Valve has just introduced the new generation of Steam Machine – a compact desktop computer with AMD hardware. The device will be sold in early 2026, price will be announced later.

Steam Machines run on Steam OS – just like Steam Deck – with the ability to install Windows 11. This model is a small cube measuring 16 cm, about six times more powerful than a laptop.
The device received a six-core AMD Zen 4 processor with a frequency of up to 4.8 GHz and an AMD RDNA 3 video card with a frequency of 2.45 GHz. The Steam Machine features 16GB DDR5 RAM and 8GB GDDR6 video memory, as well as 512/2048GB internal NVMe SSD storage with support for a high-speed microSD card slot.
The gadget also supports Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, as well as HDR, FreeSync and CEC technologies. Maximum output support is 4K screen resolution at 120 Hz.
