A 46-year-old Uzbek citizen who raped a Ukrainian woman is on trial in Germany. Bild.de reports this.

The incident took place in 2022, but immediately after the abuse, the woman left for another country and law enforcement agencies were unable to contact her for a long time.
A Ukrainian woman and her young son rented a house from a man in Germany for just over a month. One evening, he woke up his 25-year-old mother and said that her relative was said to be having problems with the police.
Then, in the living room, he tried to kiss the tenant and forced her onto the sofa. Despite his protests, the man continued. He asked the Ukrainian woman not to resist, otherwise he would “break her and her son's heads.”
As a result, the foreigner raped the woman while her son was sleeping in the next room. She immediately contacted the police and the next day the Uzbek citizen was arrested.
The defendant himself told a different version. He emphasized that tenants want connection. As they lay on the couch, the woman allegedly asked if she could be with him forever. The man had no intention of getting married so he refused. Then they went to bed and the police visit was a surprise to him.
The defendant will be sentenced on November 26. It is known that he came to Germany in 2008. According to the man himself, in his homeland he worked as a restaurant manager. In Germany, he has been receiving social benefits for 15 years.
