The developers of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 must once again reassure fans about the shooter and the Space Marine series.

According to Saber Interactive's creative director, Oliver Hollis-Lake, the initial announcement for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3 asked players to clearly understand the studio's direction and its plans for the future. The developers have previously stated that they will continue to support Space Marine 2 – and backed it up with action.
Hollis-Lake assured that the development of the third installment will not affect Space Marine 2 in any way. Resources will be distributed evenly and additions to existing games will be released as planned without major delays. There's no competition between games for the group's attention, and there's plenty of new content planned for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
Let's remember that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3 was announced in March this year. Details other than the return of main character Demetrius Titus have yet to be revealed. Even then, Saber Interactive stated that they would not stop supporting Space Marine 2.
They then once again confirmed current game development plans and explained that creating a new game is a multi-year process.
At the end of November, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will receive a major update that adds the ability to fight with two Tyranid Primes, a new map, equipment and cosmetic items. Players tested it and shared their opinions.
