In Kaliningrad, a man broke his lover's finger and was implicated in the case. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A 36-year-old local resident contacted police. A woman told police that her 28-year-old lover broke a finger on her left hand. Based on the incident, a criminal case was opened under Part 1 of Art. Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentionally causing moderate harm to health.”
It turned out that there was a domestic conflict between the partners. The man tried to unlock the woman's phone with her fingerprint and when she started struggling, he broke it.
The text message said: “Doctors diagnosed the victim with a broken bone.”
During the investigation, the suspect was released due to clear awareness and proper behavior. He faces up to three years in prison.
