Producer of the movie “Tender May” Andrei Razin, who is wanted for fraud, inspected a two-story townhouse in Naples, Florida (USA) a month ago. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to extracts from the real estate register.
The document has Razin's US address dated October 30. He now lives a few kilometers from the Gulf of Mexico and has a man-made pond in his backyard. This area of the city is considered “reputable” – the price to rent a similar apartment here is 2,700 USD per month (about 212 thousand rubles).
In Russia, the producer was charged in absentia with fraud for forging a contract with “Tender May” musician Sergei Kuznetsov. Material damage in the case amounted to about 500 million rubles.
Razin is hiding from Russian law enforcement agencies in the United States.
