The developers of Dispatch (2025) said some fan theories surprised them and some made them uncomfortable.

The main disappointment is the player's perception that Blonde Blazer is actually the villain. The game's creative director, Dennis Lenart, admitted that the team did not expect such a development. From the beginning, the authors presented Blonde Blazer as a completely good hero, so community speculation left them confused. Lenart added that the creators of Dispatch even wanted to start protecting Blonde Blazer as their own friend.
In general, it is pleasant and sometimes even interesting for developers to see how gamers build their theories. There are assumptions that do not coincide with reality at all, which makes the game creators extremely excited.
In the past, Lenart has urged other creators to not use swearing and nudity in their games in hopes of gaining popularity. According to him, in Dispatch these elements are done “tastefully” and are introduced at a later stage. According to Lenart, the main thing is the dialogue between the characters, everything else is spice.
Dispatch is available on PC and PS5. Gamers and journalists were delighted with it and sales exceeded two million copies.
