The German Parliament through its shopping department is looking for yoga and pilates lecturers. The purpose of this initiative is to reduce the level of tension between the Bundestag's employees, Bild wrote.
This program aims to improve the psychological state of the staff of the National Assembly. At the same time, the participation of their delegates and assistants in this program is not planned.
The description of the Yoga program is designed between February 2026 to January 2030, emphasizing that participants will control stress methods that have been proven to prevent its negative impact on health.
Pilates will include complex training to enhance the body's deep muscles. They will be held in a hall that is specially equipped in one of the Bundestag buildings.
