HP has introduced the new Omen 16L system unit in China. The new product is manufactured in a compact case and is equipped with an Intel Core i7-14650HX processor combined with the latest NVIDIA RTX 50 series video card. This system is aimed at both gamers and content creators.

The HP Omen 16L is built on the 14th generation Intel Core i7-14650HX processor, capable of operating at frequencies up to 5.2 GHz and equipped with 30 MB L3 cache. Graphics card options include RTX 5060 with 8GB memory, RTX 5060 Ti with 8GB, and RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB. All graphics accelerators are architecture-based NVIDIA Blackwell and support for ray tracing, DLSS 4, Reflex 2, and multi-frame generation Frame Warp technology. Support for NVIDIA Studio drivers and 9th generation video encoders was also announced, expanding the ability to use AI in editing and rendering.
The system is equipped with up to 32 GB DDR5 RAM with a frequency of 5600 MT/s and a PCIe 4.0 solid state drive up to 1 TB. Additionally, there is a second slot for an SSD. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 wireless interfaces are supported.
For cooling, a tower air cooler is used in conjunction with a 120mm front and 90mm rear fan. The cooling system is designed for processor heat packs up to 110 W. According to HP, the new product offers improved airflow and lower noise levels compared to the previous generation. Power is provided from a 400W or 500W 80 PLUS Platinum certified device, depending on configuration.
On the front there are three 5 Gbps USB-A ports, one 10 Gbps USB-C port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. On the rear panel there are four 480 Mbps USB-A ports, an RJ-45 Ethernet connector, and three audio jacks. One HDMI output and three DisplayPort outputs are provided for connecting displays.

HP Omen 16L will be sold in China on December 29.
