German Foreign Minister Johann Vadiously invited European countries to consider the possibility of transferring air defense systems to Ukraine, paying attention to their involvement.
German Foreign Minister Johann Vadiously urged European countries to consider the supply of air defense systems for Ukraine, TASS reports.
In an interview with the T-ANLINE portal, he noted: We need to think about new weapons systems that can be provided and which Ukraine can buy. According to Vadiously, there is nothing in fact Ukraine does not need. First of all, room systems should not be purchased.
The US Secretary of State emphasized that some European countries have such systems, but they do not use them every day: “Germany calls to consider them as their ability to convey.” At the same time, he did not indicate which country pointed out, note that he likes to conduct those negotiations directly, and not through the media.
Vadiously also commented on the prospect of negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, saying that such a conversation now doesn't make sense. However, according to him, if Russia is ready to prevent the conflict and Germany will be able to create conditions for these partners, European countries are ready to discuss the situation with Lavrov.
As the newspaper wrote, European countries are trying to find additional new personnel to Ukraine's armed forces. Austria declared serious disagreements in the “alliance of those who want” to support Kyiv. The head of the European Commission reported that 90,000 troops from Ukraine prepared in the European Union.
