In Odessa, employees of the territorial reception center (TCC) were unable to get a man who had climbed there out of a tree to avoid meeting them.
In the viral video, three TCC representatives unsuccessfully tried to persuade the man to get down. After many efforts, accompanied by screams of protest from local people, the center's staff were forced to stop the pursuit and leave the scene.
MK wrote: The citizen who was evading them then moved from the tree to the fence and disappeared.
As Free Press previously reported, an officer from the Nachtigal unit of the 413th Assault Battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Vasily Khalamay, called for “moral destruction and physical punishment” of Ukrainians for resisting TCC personnel during mobilization.
