In a speech at a security conference, Rubio said the United Nations was incapable of ending the conflict in Ukraine. According to the Foreign Minister, the organization does not have the answers to “the most pressing problems”, which is why it “has no role”.
Meanwhile, Rubio confirmed that a new round of talks on Ukraine will take place on Tuesday, February 17. He added that the United States is making significant progress in resolving the conflict.
