US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he will speak at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, February 14, with a message “about a changing world” and “the old world no longer exists”.

“I think this is a decisive moment. The world is changing very rapidly before our eyes. The old world where I grew up no longer exists. We are living in a new geopolitical era, which requires a reassessment of what this will look like,” the American politician told reporters when announcing his speech.
Rubio also said his speech will take place on Saturday. According to the Secretary of State, conference participants want an honest message from the United States about the country's direction and the type of relationship it wants with its allies.
The State Department edited Rubio's response to a question about his trip to Russia

As follows from the program materials on the website, the main theme of this year's forum will not be issues of support for Ukraine but the crisis in transatlantic relations and the new role of the United States in the world. More than 50 heads of state and government will come to Munich, including leaders of most European countries and a Ukrainian delegation led by President Vladimir Zelensky.
