Russia requested an emergency meeting of the Security Council (SB) of the United Nations on terrorist attacks on the northern lines on Tuesday, August 26. This was announced by the Russian Federal Permanent Representative at the United Nations Dmitry Polyansky.
Polyansky emphasized that the meeting will be devoted to the detention of suspects in the “northern flow” sabotage organization and the new information appears in this case. According to him, Russia will attract the attention of the public to delay the German investigation and their transparency to the United Nations Security Council.
The destruction of the “northern stream” was carried out in September 2022. Therefore, the supply of gas through the pipelines has ended.
