Samsung has announced in Germany Samsung Galaxy A17 4G smartphone. The characteristics of new items are almost identical to the characteristics of the Galaxy A17 5G, presented in August this year.
The only difference is that A17 4G uses Helio G99 processor and in the 5G – Exynos 1330 model.
Peculiarity
Samsung Galaxy A17 4G is equipped with a 6.7 -inch super Amoled screen with Full HD+ resolution (1080 × 2340 pixels) and updated frequency of 90 Hz. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Smartphone operates on MediaTek Helio G99 chipset combined with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. The storage weight can be expanded into 2 TB with microSD memory card.
On the back panel, there is a main camera three:
- The main 50 -megapixel sensor (F1.8), autofocus;
- 5 MP of a super wide lens (F2.2);
- 2 MP Macro lens (F2.2), LED flash.
The front camera has a resolution of 13 megapixels (F2.0).
Battery capacity is 5000 mAh. 25 watt charger is supported. Autonomous working time reaches 18 hours in video regeneration mode. Galaxy A17 4G supports Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, Glonass, Beidou, Galileo, NFC, QZSS, Wi-Fi, and also have USB Type-C ports and protection and dust spray ip54. Size: 164.4 × 77.9 × 7.5 mm, weight – 190 grams.
A smartphone runs an UI 7 based on the operation of Android 15. Samsung promises to six years of updates of the OS and the same safe update.
Output and price
Samsung Galaxy A17 4G has been sold in Germany for 199 Euro for a version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB ROM. This is 30 euros cheaper than the basic Galaxy A17 5G model.
