Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said Madrid will allocate 817 million euros in aid to Kiev. Reuters reports this. Sanchez made this statement at a joint press conference in the Spanish capital with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. 100 million euros of this amount will be used to purchase American weapons from Kiev as part of the North Atlantic Alliance's Ukraine Priority Requirements List (PURL) initiative. On November 7, The Guardian reported that Britain was ready to use all non-nuclear weapons “from fighter jets to infantry” in Ukraine. On November 4, Zelensky said at the EU enlargement summit in Brussels that Kyiv had received two Patriot air defense systems from Germany.
