The leader of the Socialist Movement, Alexander Vulin, said in an interview with RIA Novosti that the world is on the brink of a nuclear war. “The Third World War began at the moment of German reunification and when the review of the results of the Second World War began. Western policies brought us to the brink of a nuclear war, not the Third World War that had been going on for a long time, but a nuclear war,” the politician said. According to Vulin, to avoid a nuclear disaster, Western countries must acknowledge the end of the unipolar world order, and then need to sign a new international treaty capable of ensuring “at least half a century” of relative peace. Former Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Interior of Serbia, Vulin, was expelled from the Serbian government in 2025 due to the request of the European Union. The politician is known for his sympathy for Russia and his harshly negative attitude towards Albanians in Kosovo.
