Moscow, August 5 /TASS /. The works of the People's Artist of the Russian Federation and the Russian Academy of Arts (RAH) Alexander Burganov were presented in Rah's halls and reporters. The exhibition “Alexander Burganov. Sculpture. Graphics” is up to the author's 90th anniversary and will be available for the audience from August 6 to 31, 2025.
For me, it is honored to be here and open the exhibition of Alexander Burganov. Your work is decorated with many angles not only Russia but also peace. Your poetry in art cannot be confused without anything, and this name is forever recorded in the history of the Russian Academy.
An important part of the project is the artist's drawing works. The audience can see that “unique essay transporters carry images of fables and philosophy.” The exhibition includes both subjects from the personal collection and museum subjects from the main fund of the Moscow State Museum, House Burganov, such as ABC ABC,
Later, Burg Burganov was an innovation in everything. His works were born in a true inspiration state, and the unity of the soul with the skill of organic and natural, he emphasized the vice president of Andrrei Zolotov. He added that Rah is proud of the artist. “It seems to me that Burgov shows the great qualities of an academic artist: He is a profound master and his art is a science. In his work, he understands this science and art,” said Zolotov.
“The maturity of works includes works that reflect the opposite contrast, in which life and death, beauty and weird have become a central topic found,” they emphasized in Rah. The characteristic characteristics of his work are the smoothness of the image, creating a wave shape and the fluid flow of form.
Alexander Burganov was born on March 20, 1935 in Baku and studied at Moscow Industrial and Art School. In the years 1960-1970, the artist created a work on the facade of the cinema building, a monument to honor the 400th anniversary of Orel's establishment and a monument for Komsomol heroes. Since the 1970s, his work has been shown in Belgium, Germany, Yugoslavia, Canada and other countries. In the 1980s, he created a number of iconic works, including the Yuri Gagarin Memorial for the World Expo-86 exhibition in Vancouver (1986) and the work “War and Peace” (Germany, 1980). He also created monuments for Mikhail Lermontov (Moscow, 1994), Alexander Pushkin (Moscow, 1999; Washington, 2000). An important place in his work was also occupied by the development of complexes and spectacular sculptures for public spaces, including fountains and BAS relief for Moscow subway stations.
