According to the Down detector service, complaints specifically came from Germany, the US, the UK, Poland, Türkiye and Russia. It should be noted that 65% of gaming service users reported difficulties accessing the website, 25% reported problems logging into their personal accounts, and another 9% reported difficulties with synchronization.
