This was declared by the Chairman of the Parliament Council of the Belarus and Russian Union, the President of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin at the plenary meeting of the youth forum of the State Union's role in the role of young people in preserving and protecting historical memories, held on September 7 in Mogilev.
