Battlefield 6 introduced the free-to-play battle royale mode, REDSEC, and one of the surest ways to gain an advantage in a match is to loot your own weapons on the map, customized in the main game. PC Gamer Portal speakhow to do it

There are two ways to get custom weapons in REDSEC.
- Find and complete weapon reward quests
- Pick up the weapon as it drops in the global event
Similar to Call of Duty: Warzone, in the battle royale Battlefield 6, you can also complete various missions to receive rewards – the only difference is that the rewards are equipment, not money. Open the map and see the list of available quests on the right – there you can check the quest objectives and rewards. If you're lucky, you can get a weapon for one of the missions.
Another, less reliable and potentially more risky method is to obtain weapons during global events, which occur multiple times per match. It is impossible to miss them, because a message will appear on the screen stating that a custom weapon has appeared nearby, and a small mark will appear on the map. All that's left is to run to the point and pick up the weapon – ideally before other players get it.
Battlefield 6 and REDSEC share the same progression, so everything you unlock and level up in the base game will be available in the battle royale mode. Therefore, before the match, it makes sense to carefully check your equipment and assemble the optimal weapon.
