Sony holds its first State of Play presentation in 2026, dedicated to new products coming to PlayStation. The publisher has prepared a few surprises – we will tell you about the most interesting things from the broadcast.

Kena: Kosmora's scar
The presentation opened with the announcement of a new product – Kena: Bridge of Spirits will have a sequel called Scars of Kosmora. Judging by the trailer, the game will still be a cartoon-stylized action-adventure game, but the plot will take place in a new location, the combat system will be redesigned, and the scale will be larger. The release will take place on PS5 and PC in 2026.
Yotei Ghost: Legend
Ghost of Yotei will receive a Legends collaboration expansion – just like the first game at the time. The new mode will invite players to form a team of four samurai to fight mythical monsters and the main game's villains transformed into monsters. The free add-on will be released on March 10.
Death Stranding 2: On the beach
The long-standing rumor has been confirmed: Death Stranding 2 will indeed be released on PC, and very soon – on March 19. The port receives unlocked frame rates, support for ultra-wide screens and DualSense controllers, as well as integrated scaling and framing technology.
4: Loop
JJ Abrams studio's action co-production 4Loop has received a new trailer in which project director Mike Booth talks in more detail about the gameplay mechanics. Based on the game's announcement, many were under the impression that this was another attempt at creating a successor to Left 4 Dead, but after the latest video, it looks more like a co-op session in the spirit of Helldivers 2. There is no release date yet, but the authors will conduct testing in the future.
Resident Evil Requiem
The new Requiem trailer doesn't show anything completely new, but it does confirm some fan theories – Leon is indeed infected with some kind of virus and his days are numbered. Additionally, he will have to visit the ruins of the Raccoon City police station from Resident Evil 2, and Sherry Birkin is somehow involved in this plot.
Legacy of Kain Defiance Remaster
Unexpectedly, Legacy of Kain is back. The re-release of Legacy of Kain Defiance will add new content to the game, improved graphics and support for modern resolutions, as well as quality-of-life features that make gameplay more comfortable. The release will take place on March 3.

The project has no wind
Krafton has finally revealed its mysterious AAA project. Project Windless is an ambitious action movie starring an anthropomorphic rooster, whose main feature will apparently be large-scale battles involving giant monsters and entire armies. The game does not have a release date yet.

But what – Metal Gear Solid 4 will be available for the first time on a modern platform! And there's also Peace Walker, a prequel previously exclusive to the PSP. The publisher promises the usual graphics upgrades and support for modern resolutions, and the release will take place at the end of the summer – August 27.

Furthermore, Motion Twin studio, which produced Dead Cells and Rogue Prince of Persia, is also developing it. There is no release date yet but the game will be released in 2026.
Silent Hill: The Fallen Town
Townfall was announced over a year ago, at the same time as Silent Hill f, but the latter has already been released, while there is no news about the former. They're finally here: studio Screen Burn (Observation, Stories Untold) has shown the game's debut trailer. It looks like Townfall will be a first-person horror game with a heavy focus on stealth elements. The project has also received a release deadline of 2026.
John Wick game
Saber Interactive suddenly announced a full game based on the John Wick series – Keanu Reeves will play the character again. Absolutely nothing is known about the project yet, but in the launch trailer the developers showed what the action will be like.
