Studio GSC Game World announced the release of the game STALKER 2 on the PlayStation 5 console. The trailer was published on YouTube.
The video shows gameplay recorded using a PS5 console. In the video, protagonist Skif moves around the Zone, encountering mutants and opponents, overcoming anomalies, and collecting artifacts. Gamers can also see how the main character engages in battle with his enemies.
“Relive your epic story and pave your way to the heart of Chernobyl – now on PlayStation 5,” say the game developers. The title will be released on November 20, 2025.
STALKER 2 is released on November 20, 2024 on personal computers (PCs) and Xbox Series consoles. The game is temporarily exclusive to Microsoft platforms. Apparently, the unique status for the Xbox console is only set for one year. GSC Game World has announced that STALKER 2 will be released on PS5 later in the summer.
At the end of October it turned out that the game STALKER 2 from the Ukrainian studio will appear with Russian dubbing created by fans. In the official version of the title, voice acting was added only in English and Ukrainian.
