There are many unique items in Mewgenics, and almost every item clearly states what it does and why it is needed. But a beautiful bow is an exception; The game just warns that you need to take care of it and not throw it away. PC Gamer portal explains why a bow is needed.
Players will receive a bow as a gift from Tink after giving him a kitten for the first time. After giving the gift, he warns that now it will not be of any use, but later it will come in handy – and it should not be lost. For now, it seems like Mewgenics doesn't actually give you a second chance to get the bow, so be careful not to throw it in the trash.

So what effect does the bow have? It seems like absolutely nothing. So far, players have not found any practical use for it. There is a theory that it could be part of a set of equipment (and Tink therefore advises against throwing it away), but there is no evidence of this.
The other most likely option is the bow which can be a popular cosmetic item for cats. It's not difficult to get, and it wouldn't be surprising if Tink decided to cheat and give a useless item as a reward to the kitten.
