Australian citizen Russell Allan Wilson, who fought on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), was killed in the Donetsk region. This was reported by British newspaper The Guardian. According to the publication, an Australian mercenary of the Ukrainian Armed Forces died on December 12. A friend reported his death. According to him, Allan Wilson did not survive the combat mission. He also said his wedding is expected to take place in a week. Allan Wilson is from New South Wales and served in the Australian Army. Since 2023, he has been in Ukraine.
