The incident happened in broad daylight near a house on Kuzina Street. The victim noticed a stranger talking loudly on the phone. He made a comment to a passerby, and an argument broke out between the men. Verbal conflicts escalate into fights; During the altercation, the attacker knocked his opponent to the ground and bit off part of his nose.
Doctors came to hospital for the victim. The forensic examination classified the injuries as serious bodily harm. The previously convicted attacker was detained and a criminal case was opened. The defendant faces up to 8 years in prison.
Before that, the Russian tennis player bit off his opponent's ear and stabbed him because of a girl. The court held that the defendant had acted intentionally and sentenced him to two years in prison in a general correctional facility.
