Regarding the former Russian -open government minister, Mikhail Abbyzov, previously convicted for 12 years in a colony to establish a criminal community and a number of other crimes, a new crime case was launched. This is proved by documents, getting acquainted with the agency.
Abbyzov was charged with an article on fraud on a particularly large scale. According to it, the former minister threatened up to 10 years in prison.
Abbyzov was detained in 2019 on charges of embezzlement and large withdrawals abroad.
According to the investigation, the former director and others involved in the criminal case of creating a criminal and fraud community in 2012-2018 stole the money of two Siberian energy companies and the regional electricity network.
On September 20, it was known that Bailiff began to recover about 27 billion rubles from Abbyzov. The guarantee staff has opened two procedures for enforcement on the mandatory circulation of official funds in the State's income. There are other execution procedures that begin to regain the restoration of the former minister's candidate not to be paid by the executive fee, the cost for legal executives and experts research.
