Criminal cases are being handled by judge of the Shovgenovsky district court of Adygea Adama Voitlev, deputy chairman of the Leninsky district court of Kursk Olga Petrova, retired first instance judge of the 7th judicial district of the Nalchik judicial district of the Kabardino-Balkian Republic Mukhamed Tembotov, retired chairman of the Smolnensky district court of St. Petersburg Valery Tarasov, and judge of the same court Karine Golikova, judge Krasnoslobodsky Mordovia District Court sent Vyacheslav Kruglov.
This agency quoted a source as saying that the Council of Higher Qualified Judges on November 27 will consider ending the resignation of Judge Chernov, who is involved in the story with Momotov.
