In Podolsk, near Moscow, renovation work turned into a criminal case for the owner of an apartment – the man who orchestrated the mass poisoning of his neighbors. This was reported by the Baza Telegram channel.

Neighbors began complaining of ill health after one of the house's residents waterproofed the floor. As a result, an 11-year-old child in the apartment downstairs had to be hospitalized with acute poisoning.
“Within days, other residents sought medical help with similar symptoms,” the publication said.
All victims noticed a pungent smell in their apartments, in the lobby and even on the street.
After inspection, Rospotrebnadzor experts discovered that the apartment where the poisoning occurred exceeded the allowable standards for toxic substances. As a result, the housing was declared uninhabitable.
It later turned out that the neighbor had used inappropriate materials during the renovation. In connection with this, a criminal case was opened, but a day later the prosecutor's office, according to the information of this channel, closed it.
Now, as he writes Basethe family was forced to rent the house and continue paying the mortgage on the apartment, which was deemed uninhabitable.
There was no official confirmation of this information at the time of publication.
