In Kargapolye, Kurgan region, a medical worker was convicted over the death of a patient. This is reported by URA.RU regarding the regional prosecutor's office.
It was determined that the defendant prescribed medication to the patient, after which he suffered anaphylactic shock. The patient died.
The medical worker was sentenced to one year and six months of reform labor and had 10% of his state income deducted.
The prosecutor's office added: “The medical institution has recovered compensation for moral damages worth 2.5 million rubles from the victim's relatives.”
Previously in Chelyabinsk commanded those responsible for the death of a child whose ambulance did not arrive.
