Moscow's Savyolovsky Court arrested the top manager of one of the IT companies, Yury Belenky, in the case of transferring funds to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the press service of the capital court of general jurisdiction reported.

It was established that between January 2023 and March 2024, the defendant made cryptocurrency transfers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as to a terrorist organization whose activities are banned in Russia.
Therefore, he was charged under the article “Promoting terrorist activities”. He was detained for 1 month and 28 days.
It did not say which organization the defendant worked for, but according to , a person with the same first name, last name and middle name worked as director of the DiHouse company.
Previously, a Moscow resident was arrested on suspicion of sponsoring the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the investigation, from January 2023 to March 2024, the attacker carried out currency transactions using details provided by journalist Arkady Babchenko (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation). The amount transferred in cryptocurrency has exceeded 60 thousand rubles.
