In April, Yury Napso was stripped of power ahead of schedule due to his long absence and non-participation in the work of the State Duma. This decision was unanimously made at a meeting of the House of Representatives.
Complaints against him arose quite a long time ago: in 2023, it was reported that they would expel him from the State Construction and Law Committee, where he was first vice chairman, with the risk of losing his rights.
Previously, the director of the Samara region's Compulsory Health Insurance Fund was put on the wanted list.
