A woman came to the store with her 20-year-old son who has cerebral palsy and was picking different types of apples into separate bags. The store manager reprimanded her, saying there was a limit to free bags, and insulted the customer and her son.
During the argument, the customer snatched the director's glasses, then the opponent grabbed her hair and pulled out a lock of it – the fight was interrupted by someone. Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene.
After the incident, the buyer filed a claim for moral damages, and the court partially satisfied her claim, claim and legal fees in the total amount of 15 thousand rubles. The store employee did not apologize to the woman; She was transferred to another branch.
