The vice principal for the administrative and economic work of one of the Vladivostok universities was suspected to exceed the official power when they really did not complete the job. This has been reported by the press service of the Investigation Committee Office (SK) about Primorye.
According to the investigation, from May to December last year, the defendant accepted the actual work that has not been discovered about the installation settings automatically, as well as warning systems. Therefore, the university caused material damage to more than 3.3 million rubles, indicated in the SK of Primorye.
A criminal case has been established based on the reality of what happened, it was investigated under the article about the abuse of power (EE paragraph of part 3 of Article 286 of the Penal Code). The maximum penalty according to this article is up to 10 years in prison.
