The Russian Investigation Committee (SK) initiated an advertisement in the Union's desired list of the shortage of Duma Yuri Napso. Regarding this, “Kommersant” (“Kommersant”).
Parliament was suspected of raping their 19 -year -old assistant. According to investigators, accused criminals were committed on March 22, 2023 and a week later, Napso flew to Armenia and did not appear in Russia since then.
In April 2025, Napso was deprived of the authority of an authorization for the absence. The House of Representatives explained that the deputy has no total of more than 200 days without plausible reasons.
In 2008, Napso revised the Penal Code. Specifically, for rape, demanding the death of the victim through negligence, he proposed punishment for a period or death.
