Akrilan produces aqueous polymer dispersions, paints, adhesives and other products and is one of the leading enterprises in this field. In 2012, Rusnano OJSC was added to the participating list, significantly increasing the plant's capacity. Three years later, FAS announced that it had approved an agreement for Rusnano to acquire an additional 20% stake in Akrilan, after which the majority owner's share in the subsidiary was 69.95%. In 2020, Rusnano sold his shares to VladiAkril LLC for 800 million rubles.
Kuban Transport Minister Alexey Pereverzev fully admitted his guilt and revealed to the investigation criminal plots that had been operating in the region for 10 years.
