The Public Relations Center (PSC) of the Russian FSB published a video of the arrest and correspondence with a Muscovite who collected military data for Ukraine.
The footage shows the moment the detainee was transferred as well as how he was informed of the crime he was accused of. The FSB also showed a video recording of this man's correspondence with those in charge of Ukraine.
