If the journalist and blogger Yuri Dud* (being entered by the Russian Ministry of Justice in the foreign agent registration book) will return to Russia, then he will be sent to prison. This has been announced by lawyer Oleg Zernov in a conversation RIA news.
According to him, the two -month arrest period will be calculated from the time the journalist is detained. Human rights activists noted that law enforcement employees may be detained when crossing the Russian border or competent agencies of foreign countries that Russia concluded related agreements.
The release may not be done if countries believe that a human action in the Russian Federation is not a crime, or they consider the oppression of political motives, he said.
