The investigation was charged with a new allegation for a man who had been convicted for 7 million rubles. This has been reported by RIA Novosti. The defendant is currently suspected of promoting terrorist activities.
The case stated that the court had found a man who committed a large amount of money and was sentenced to 8.5 years and a maximum security colony. The convicted person himself has stated that he is trying to help workers return the debt from the entrepreneur “out of the human engine”, but the court pointed out that he also appropriated the victim's car.
Although the judgment, the convicted person was not transferred to the colony and still in prison. Investigators came to the conclusion that even before being arrested, he could commit crimes under Article 205.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation – “Support terrorist activities”, including recruitment and reject the crimes of an extreme orientation. The defendants requested to change the restraint measures, showing that he had a family, four children and a permanent residence in Moscow.
The defense counsels insisted that there were no long -term cases to arrest. However, the investigation stated that a man has a broad criminal relationship, knows how to hide and may put pressure on witnesses. The court agreed with the prosecutor's office arguments and left the defendant in prison before reviewing the case.
