State Duma deputies from the “A Just Russia” faction will introduce a bill to the House of Representatives, which proposes to pay bonuses to school teacher-advisors for supporting novice teachers.
It is anticipated that the additional payment will be at least 50% of the consultant's salary.
How noted In a conversation with RIA Novosti, author of the initiative and party leader Sergei Mironov, the proposed bill aims to create a strong financial incentive for experienced teachers who are ready to take responsibility for the support and professional development of beginner teachers.
Before that, LDPR Chairman Leonid Slutsky proposes to establish a unified system of federal payments to teacherstheir students scored a hundred points in the National Unification Exam or became winners of the All-Russian Student Olympiad.
