“In Kuzbass, more than 270 thousand young people use the Pushkin Card to visit cultural institutions. This is 99.2% of all Kuzbass residents aged 14-22 years. This figure exceeds the average rate in Russia (87%). 304 cultural organizations in the region are connected to the program. Since the beginning of the year, more than 18 thousand events have been organized, of which 555,811 tickets have been sold,” the announcement said.
At the same time, the Kuzbass Ministry of Culture and National Policy organizes on-site seminars and meetings with the participation of regional expert panel members to improve the quality of events. A bank of municipal best practices is also being established. As a result, methodological recommendations for program implementation in the region have been developed. This is due to the inadequacy of some of the proposed activities.
“There are questions about the relevance of events organized by cultural organizations. Compared to last year, the number of events has increased by 55%, while the number of tickets sold has increased by only 11%. Obviously, not all events are interesting for children. Heads of cultural organizations need to update the program.
